HP User Society DECUS München e.V.

We are an independant Association of users of Hewlett-Packard and HP Partners. The membership association, registered in Munich, Germany, acts as part of the worldwide Association of Hewlett-Packard User Groups in Germany and Austria. We have some 7,500 members, mostly system, network, and applications specialists as well as IT Managers.

Association activities: The HP User Society DECUS München e.V. promotes the exchange of information and know-how between its members, manufacturers and partners. The association supports its members in the representation of their interests against HP and partners, helps in problem solving and facilitates formation of opinion and advanced training by organizing events.

We, the User Society, live on the members volunteering their time. Members run the association in their free time, having an interest in providing information as a service to all members. If you are not a member of DECUS München yet and believe in the idea of independant exchange of information in the IT environment, become a member, membership is free, and strengthen our position towards the IT manufacturers.

Our important annual Symposium gives you a perfect opportunity to stay up-to-date on all current IT developments. Not only do you get actual information from the IT Manufacturers, Hewlett-Packard being the biggest representative, but you can also exchange real life experience with other customers and your peers.

The different topics are organized by our "Special Interest Groups (SIGs)".

The HP User Society DECUS München e.V. also promotes exchange of information and meetings with colleagues and peers in your area all year long in "Local User Groups (LUGs)".
